Print Bank Reconciliation Report

The Print Bank Reconciliation Report module helps you to reprint the Bank Reconciliation Report for a past period. Note that the statement should have been saved previously during the bank Reconciliation process.

How to Reprint a Bank Reconciliation Report

To get here, go to Accounts->Bank Reconciliation->Print Bank Reconciliation Report. A screen will appear looking as follows:

• Bank Account: From the drop down list, select the bank account for which you want to reprint the statement, e.g., "Citibank".
• Previous Statements: From the drop down menu select the previous statement that you wish to reprint. The drop down menu lists all the previous statements that were saved for this particular account, "4".
• Statement Date: This field will appear read only and will automatically be refreshed with the date for the selected statement, e.g., "31/03/2013".
• Opening Balance: This field will appear read only and will automatically be refreshed with the opening balance on the selected statement, e.g., "107,240,000".
• Ending Balance: This field will appear read only and will automatically be refreshed with the ending balance on the selected statement, e.g., "107,330,000".

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Accounting Reports Formats.

Click on the OK button to view and print the report which will look similar to the following:

Click on the Cancel button to exit the menu.
